I have had some bathroom issues that had me questioning if Atkins was safe but the dr said that if I am losing weight and lowering my cholesterol and my psoriasis is under control then I need to stick with it. I don't feel sick this morning. Last night by the time I got home I was ready to get in bed by 7:30. I felt really really bad but I had to take a quiz, analyze a poem, and write a discussion posting. I think I am pushing myself too hard. School, work, stress over my car, etc. is really starting to take its toll on me. So new rules.... 1) Eat your veggies (even if you don't like them) 2) Get in bed before midnight (5-6 hours of sleep a night is not enough). 3) find a multi-vitamin 4) Try and find that motivation and drive to lose weight again. I have to get past this 215 mark somehow.
