I'm such a big binge eater. I used to not even log it because I hated myself so much about it or even cheating myself into thinking "its not that much" I used to be bulimic and trying to resist a binge, and even worse a purge is so hard. I want to be able to lose weigh the right way this time but I lose a little and plateau for weeks, leading me to give up and binge. Its a never ending cycle. Any tips would help. I also found this SOS card that I try to use as often as I can.

I have no advice in the binge and purge but I do want to send big hugs to you. You are not alone. Great mantra to live by
