still baffles me how weight loss shows up on the scale for me... nothing, minimal drop, nothing, gain, nothing... 5lb drop... so weird. it makes it hard to stay focused on the days of blah but then exciting when a drop shows. i know this happens by now but it is still discouraging on the blah days... 225 is definitely my UGH weight, even now just a few pounds less i feel better in my skin.
