Erggggh I haven’t even got half way through lunch and I’m full FARRRKEN Sheep balls this sucks !!

Does one keep eating to maintain calorie or stop and use the rest as snack for the arvo ..?? Hrmmm probably do that ... 🤷🏼‍♀️🙈

I have the same problem! I find it so hard to reach my daily caloric target. I know it’s what’s holding me back from my goal but don’t know how to fix it

i dont understand how not reaching a calorie target therefore being in a larger calorie deficit would be a problem while trying to loose weight?

@braham99 because for me personally, if I don’t regularly consume my calorie target my body starts storing fat and slows my metabolism which results in no weight loss :( It basically thinks I’m trying to starve.

@nikaly123. Im no expert but from my knowlege that doesnt scientifically make sense. It would be worth doing some more research because there are multiple reasons our bodys trick us into thinking this way. Not a diet book by james smith is an interesting read or he has some interesting videos on Facebook once you get past his bluntness

@braham I am no expert either but I am guided by my gp and nutritionist who have helped me the 2 times in my life I have had to get back to ‘my ideal weight’ (after having a baby and after breaking my foot) I have chosen to stick to a calorie deficit of 500 below my base. Both times it has worked and beyond the number on the scale I work on a lean toned body which requires my to have enough energy to train to achieve that. Eating too few calories also means my body starts burning my muscle mass before fat which sets me back. It’s such a fine line for me :P
