Took the day "off" on purpose yesterday for dinner at the "Fairytale Princess ball" with my daughter. We had a fun night but the only dinner available was NOT Atkins friendly. Oh well, it's cool and no weight gain this morning! So, back at it this morning with my bacon and eggs! ;-) How much have you guys found cheese matters? I REALLY like it but see it says to have it in moderation. If you simply count the carbs is that enough or can it be a stumbling block? Thanks!!
