I want to lose more weight and my body is kind of like blocked. The scale is not moving. I want to try water fast but I have regularly headaches and feel lightheaded. How do I get started? Can anyone please help me?

When fasting I have black coffee or tea and fast for at least 24 hours.

intermittent fasting is not working? You can try it fro 7pm-11am.

I already don't eat breakfasts. I usually wake up late so I have lunch, dinner, and sometimes some fruits for snack. But I haven't lost weight in weeks. I'm not doing anything different.

I don't drink anything besides water. And yikes I'm not a fan of tea. Is that all you have? I would get super dizzy and lightheaded. The longest I've gone was probably 14-16 hours but I haven't be able to do more than 12 hours anymore.
