Hello, been up since three this morning, am winding down. Trying to stay focused this week as I will miss my weekly weigh in. For years, I hurt, my joints, my hands, my feet, I had no energy and even now, after 22 months, I have to pinch myself to make sure the energy and vitality I am enjoying is real. Thank you God! I sometimes ponder the whys of life and believe that we travel a road until we hit a fork in it. Who decides which fork we take and do we always realise that we are indeed at a fork in the road. My husband will be having his fourth lung surgery in a couple of weeks, he is such a strong, beautiful person, can he bounce back from this, like the others? This is so much more extensive than the others. Is this a fork in the road, or a hill to climb. Either way, we will be doing it together, we have for 40 years.
