Ya think TOMs lurking? lol. Steve, I haven't looked at your calendar yet, but this could be a sign your fat percentages are too low. Remember, fat will help to keep you satiated and less likely to get the munchies, unless, of course the munchies are just a side affect.:)~ 

ROFL yeah I thought of TOM too..... I hope you work it out flowerdude! Good on you for subbing with water. 

I have times like that, FD. Sunflower seeds in the shell always help, because they keep my mouth busy. lol @ Keli's side effect!!!  

i WISH on the side effect... I just got into my lunch earlier.. I did have a mini cupcake with icing.. I'm just a boy who didn't say no today. :) 

Have you stopped eating dinner or are you just not recording it? 2 meals a day doesn't seem like much and your calories look pretty low too. I would be hungry too!

@ctlss it was spice cake with a spicy cream cheese icing. @Squiggs No I am eating dinner.. I haven't been recording my food very well...ESPECIALLY at dinner because I am faking my way thru that meal.. Mainly I was just having a little "whine" moment about the munchies.... I normally am good...but they were ev.er.we.where. today. 

MMMMM........yummy! Well I suppose if I can eat one of my cake pops I made, you're allowed a cup cake. Sounds good! Good job on just having one though!  

Oh, Steve, one of my favorite kinds. I can taste that scrumptious cupcake. I have been imbibing tonight. I am halfway through my first and only dirnk. I splurged and bought my hubby a bottle of Crown Royal REserve for our aniversayr and I made myself a drink opf Crown and diet Dew! mmm, but now I can't feel my hands or my feet! lol

It doesn't take much for me, since I very seldom drink!! I have had 2 drinks and I have reached my limit. And yes, it is taking me a very long time to type these things since keep having to backspace to correct the speeling mistakes! lol  

JB, and FD, what would I do without my buddies?? 

I ask myself the same thing! I come here to feel "normal" heehee. Deep down I'm hiding an inner nerd lol as I actually get excited to see if someone has posted on my journal.

So am I!! I love it when my buddies take time out of their busy day to leave a comment! Hmmm, we are all needy nerds, I suppose!  

Mmmmm cupcakes.... Oh and Lol! Stef you probably deserve that dew & crown. I don't drink very often either, but when I do my favorite is tequilla. I can drink it straight from the bottle or shots 5 back to back. Hey, if I am going to drink - might as well go all out. The stuff tastes horrible so I want to get it over with quick! 

I LOVE Tequila....especially with a little salt and lime! Jose Cuervo, you are a friend of mine....My oldest son and his wife have recently started drinking Patron, but I haven't tried it yet. May have to indulge at Christmas!! 

I just buy the cheaper stuff Sauza. I really don't like how it tastes. I just like how it makes me feel. :D
