wow a big gain overnight. I did purposely eat a higher calorie and carb day yesterday (my maintenance macros) to shake things up a bit and keep my body from thinking it's starving and from holding in to extra fat. Just hope I didn't blow it for the week. I'm going to go straight into a fast till hopefully dinner time. OMAD for today and hopefully that gets me back to where I was and can then start losing again. I'm always doing experiments with myself, trying to crack the code and find weight loss hacks. This has worked for me in the past so let's hope I've done the right thing and I wont be regretting this!
