I went on a vacation and gave myself a bit to much leeway. 😕

Just a bump in the road. Are the healthy habits still there? Me, I not only fell off the wagon during the pandemic, I tipped it over and set it on fire. There was no wagon left. I'm working on building a new one.

Thanks guys! I’ve been staying positive and I’m back on my normal workout routine(at home that is 😆) I was doing so much hiking and swimming i went to a few fast food places and it didn’t exactly balance out. Anyway you got this Chaotic storm! (Love the name) I’m pretty sure most of us took some sort of hit during quarantine.
