I've lost a total of eleven pounds, two inches around my waist, one inch each off both thighs, an inch off my hips and two inches off my bust, all in seven days. I feel wonderful! I'm so shocked by how much I've lost. Recently, it's begun to plateau just a bit. I think it's because I might be getting a bit bored of the diet, eggs every morning, and fish for both lunch and dinner. I know I should be dedicating a bit more on variation but it can be time consuming so I do what's fastest. But I have the Fat Flush recipe book and it's got tons of recipes and tips, I just need to dedicate some more time to reading it. Also, I think if I had followed the diet 100% I could have lost some more weight. It'll happen though, I swore to myself it would.
