On week 7 of healthy eating and couch to 5k and not lost an ounce! Never struggled to get it off before, struggle with maintaining but never losing in the first place. Feeling so fed up. Run 3x a week. my mother reckons it's because I've just turned 37 and that's that! 🤷

I used to be able to gain or lose as much as I wanted. Hit my forties and my metabolism or something slowed and I gain weight quickly now. Ah well 😆
