I gave up all wheat starting on Saturday due to a non-celiac gluten intolerance. It has already made a world of difference. I feel much more energetic, my face is not puffy, and my acne is clearer than I've seen in years. Food cravings have just about disappeared, which is amazing to me because I've looked so forward to the next meal or snack for longer than I can remember. I haven't had extreme irritability for the past 48 hours and have actually felt enthusiastic and happy. I look forward to seeing what other benefits I get from this elimination in my diet!
