What I meant I guess is that the look appears more obtainable. The flexing shots are close ups usually and with good lighting to show detail. I've gotten people sending me private messages on Instagram asking me if I really claim to be natural. When you see me like this, it's easily believable I think. Thanks, everyone!

For real u get the natural question? That's too funny. My first wife worked for a local gym. Spend any time there and u learn. If it looks too good to be true........ Hard work man. You've put the time in and it shows. I'm impressed. And jealous. Lol.

Yeah, the two people I know who I suspected in the past were insanely ripped and big. I would ask them about diet and they had no idea what their calorie and protein intake were. Yeah, some pics of mine may make it look like I am not struggling with it, but as you can see here, even after all of these years I do.

You are making a good argument for not being natural Chris lol. I’d love for everything I eat to go to muscle! But I hate taking even Advil unless absolutely necessary so... and a needle isn’t going to get near me unless absolutely necessary either lol. If it were me I’d stick with the 17% and keep the donuts and pizza! It’s why I’m currently debating if I really want to get to 20-22% bf. I’m okay with how I look now fat wise. I’m enjoying all the goodies I get to eat. It’s easy to go back to my old woe when I’m comfortable with my body lol. Even after like a year and a half of eating better.

Everything you eat will not go to muscle. See powerlifters. It will just improve nutrient partitioning to a certain extent. A small surplus will be less likely to make you fat. A deficit will have you keeping and actually most likely gaining muscle instead of losing.
