Happy Monday and Hello All! I had a major fall off the weight loss band wagon but I'm back on the ride today.
We went to the lake on vacation the first week of August, it rained every single day we were there :( So what do you do when you're stuck in a cabin by the lake with your husband and two boys when it's raining..well you eat, play cards, eat, watch TV, eat, read a book, eat, go shopping. You get the picture. Not what we had planned, but we had a good time anyway.
Then I came back to work and was so far behind, I did not think I'd ever get caught up. Needless to say, skipped lunches, stress, and eating on the run did not help in the weight loss.
But today is a new day. I'm back at the office, the sun is shining and I am prepared with healthy snacks and a salad for lunch!

It's really hard to eat right on vacations, specially when you don't have much to do but eat... But you're having the right attitude and is getting back on track! Way to go!!!!
