I decided to increase my Protein Powder back to a full scoop in the morning . I had gone to a half, but the energy seemed to follow....


Also attempting 25 Burpees for 25 days. Of course only 5 x 5 over the day, not all at once. Maybe that will change as I get closer to the 4th week.
