Did my exercises, took my supplements, etc... Ate 4 oz. salmon, 3 oz. squid, 3 cups cauliflower and 1/4 cup blueberries. Maybe about 450 cals. for the day. Disappointed that I still weigh the same, oh well. Till tomorrow.
