Workouts going well, lets hope they keep up. Planning to dust off Shred in the morning. This morning I did 25 minute fast pace walk on treadmill. Have workout clothes to walk again during lunch. The route I did yesterday was right at 2 miles according to the Greattrainer application on my phone. My goal is to do that during lunch breaks when I don't have errands to run and then to start the Shred Workouts in the morning again. I want to be under 160 again so I can finish my journey that I lost site of a year ago!!!!!
Holidays are upon us so I want to get my routine going now so I will not be tempted as much by the holiday flair. I will enjoy the foods prepared but in moderation.
I am tired of the yo-yo and I want to finish the race once and for all. 2011 will be the year. My 20th reunion is coming up in a few yeas and I so want to be lean and fit before then. Better yet I want to hit my 40s in the best shape of my life!!! I have 3 years but don't want it to take that long!!!
