My weight has been going up and down a lot, especially since March. I have a surgical procedure today and had to be quarantined since last Friday. (5-7days before today) I took the COVID test and was negative also. I don’t know how I dropped significant weight. I haven’t been able to workout or go to the gym, but I have been active. Cleaning the house and preparing for today. I also wanted to be cautious of my blood sugar. I’ve ate well, but I think since my blood sugar has been more stable I haven’t had as much cravings for junk. Besides that I have been a little more disciplined regarding snacking. I’d like to out of the 190’s, but one day at a time. Being considered borderline diabetes again wasn’t the greatest news, but it’s good to know. I don’t want to be diabetic again though I think I will always be, but managing my blood sugar is priority. I honestly think this may be the reason for my control of appetite and cravings of sweets, etc. Last night I had 4 OZ of steak some carrots, beets, and sautéed spinach for dinner. It was nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy the summer.
