August 2020 Been calorie counting since June 2020 properly now after the birth of my second child. Managed to lose my baby weight between first and second, so now I want to get back to my pre baby weight as I’m done having children!
Just starting to introduce exercise but with a 2.5 and 11 week old time is very limited or I’m doing joe wicks whilst holding the youngest and being climbed on by the oldest!
