So it was a pretty lousy day. Not the first half but the second half kinda did it in. I started out strong eating healthy and sticking to my diet but then the house work went wrong, I found out I forgot a friends birthday, and I burnt dinner... it was all over. I must say though looking at all I stuffed in my face tonight I'm really surprised it wasn't more calories than it was... only a few over my goal so I've decided I won't freak out about it.
