I am proud to say that the last 12 weeks of 8 meals per day and 6 days per week at the gym has lead me to the point where I have been eating 2200-2500 calories per day for 2 weeks now and I am STILL losing weight. In 13 weeks my current weight training program will be over and I should be at my goal of 170 lbs. Then I will be upping the calories even more and packing the pounds back on, only this time it won't be fat.
