I’m struggling with binge eating too! Some weeks I do really well and then binge for couple days. After a binge I always reduce my calorie intake significantly to make sure I don’t gain weight. Don’t be too strict about your diet, allow yourself more treats. And finally think twice before you binge. Good luck.

I usually switch off when I hear the word mindful but have a google at mindful eating. Interesting psychology tips that can be really useful. Maybe eat healthy filling foods so you’re not tempted to snack or stock up on healthier sweet alternatives and don’t have any junk in the house.

I have tried to switch ny binge food to bags of fruit and nut. when I crave chocolate I'll add chocolate drops to the portions. I still end up binge eating but atleast its with foods the body metabolises well

Try a few days of 18hr fasting, just to reset your appetite. Instead of telling yourself no, you’re just saying ‘hold on!’ 😊 it really worked for me

I agree with mariewil , try not to have junk food in the house. it gives you time to think a bit of you have to get on the car and go to shops to buy the food .. . and often I find I cant be bothered too lazy x

I do the same but it’s ice cream and just every few months and I jump straight on sorting it out afterwards I’ve lost 0.8kg of the 1.1kg I put on in the last 2 days hopefully I will be straight when I weigh in tomorrow and still have time to lose some

buy smaller quantities, eg a bar rather than a multipack.
