Started my work week off kinda tired. I work 14 hours today. I was trying all morning to talk myself out of going to the gym at lunch. But I actually did go. 20minutes on the treadmill and 20minutes weight training. Still using light weights. But as long as I wake up sore every morning, I am not going to be ashamed. :-)

Struggling with the water. I'm aiming for 48 oz today. I got 16 in so far, and I'm kinda blah about doing 32 more. I think I can, I think I can, I think I can.....
