👋🏼Taenus, I wanted to answer your question since you so kindly commented on one of my posts😀 For me, it was NOT important to refrain from eating cheese and peanut butter; thank goodness, because I LOVE CHEESE🧀. I learned that what is important is making sure I burned more calories than I ate (CICO). I hope that's helpful to you🤙🏼
