Great start to my day! I weighed and saw that I lost 1 lb. I was happily shocked - I've only been on this for one day. It was a positive boost for me and increased my commitment to change to a low carb lifestyle. I had a two egg omelet with 2 slices of cheddar. I was very hungry while my breakfast was being prepared so I had some peanuts. So far I am feeling very good. I have to find a way to get 30 minutes exercise in my day today.
