Breakfast Bánh mì. The big weight drops have tapered off. This next week or two will be telling as to how sustainable the current scheme is. Yesterday I felt a few hints of cravings. It didn't help that in addition to a fancy lunch I also made four deep-dish pizzas (including a Mega Meat) and a batch of fresh bánh mì. I should schedule those things before I eat for the day.
