Whooo hooo good weigh in this morning. I am down 3 lbs at today's weigh-in, so 4 lbs down since I started. Yesterday did not go according to plan because I ended up coming home so late I could not do my planned exercise - I also missed lunch and had to snack on assorted things to keep going. Getting back on track with that today. ROAR!
