First day back from vacation and didn't follow my dietary plan. Instead ate what I wanted. Looking forward to creating new habits!
Adjusted my goal weight back 10lbs. New goal: 230 - once I reach it, will drop to 225lbs, then 220lbs, then 215lbs, then 210lbs, then 200lbs, etc.
