WOW how the scale works in mysterious ways!! I am so excited!! This is my Lowerst Weight EVER since I CAN REMEMBER!!! It is lower than my weight before on Thanksgiving day of 199. I have been eating the same as before, but even expiremnting a little more, with the greek yogurt and I made the Quinoa Black Bean recipe last night. I am actually finding it difficult to get my total calories in with the food I have been eating?!? My RDI is 1900 I aim for 1600 as an average yet I don't usually make that and barely have been making 1200! I was supposed to work out last night during my sons wrestling practice, but it was an "info" meeting so the parents stayed. My goal is to set a daily schedule.... I am excited for the 10x10x10 challenge I think that will get me in the rythm, also once exams are done next week I will have more time as well. I have started getting up earlier as well, I want to start working out before I shower every morning to start my day off right...

That's great congrats :D I actually bought quinoa last night and I am thinking about making that recipe tonight !

Congrats on the scale. Mine has been evil recently and keeps going upward, but my body is being funky right now. Hope that the restart of working out helps. I'm glad you're getting a schedule down. That always helps me. I don't let me butt sit down after work until after I workout.

Brittany, I found quinoa in the whole foods section of my local grocery store. I did end up having to enlist the help of an employee but they had it! Came in a box near the section with barley & other grains.

Thanks All... As for the recipe it was AMAZING!!! I really enjoyed it! I found mine at Kroger in the "Nature's Market" section... I was actually texting my bf who has been a Kroger Employee for going on 11 years and he was able to tell me the exact location and asile, because the guy I asked at Kroger had NO CLUE what it was! Haha...

Hmm.. I looked at Winn-Dixie, Albertson's and Wal-Mart with no luck and we don't have any Krogers around here. Maybe when I visit my family in MS I'll go to their Kroger.

I found it with all the Gluten Free foods and power bars, kashi cereal... etc etc
