I am noticing that I"m getting a little leaner...



And yes I took this in a gas station bathroom on my way to run the bridge....it is the first time I've seen myself in a full mirror in awhile.

are you running the bridge that connects mount pleasant to Charleston? I walked that a few months ago when I was stationed in Charleston for work.

Yes it is...went to Thailand in May and visited the Tiger Temple...trust me they were sedated....awesome experience though.
