Big plans till I got home. Didnt go to the gym, didnt plant my poppy seeds, didnt eat a well balanced dinner...

I got into a fight with my kid and it left me feeling unwanted (which in hindsight seems totally ridiculous). My go-to space is my bedroom, where I have all of my art supplies and desk. I was painting a lot the past few weeks and since I lost my kitty, I just dont want to be there. I havent painted anything or even spent much time in there so it was weird to be there last night. I totally ate comfort food that really wasnt that good. I dont even know how to log it.

My goals for this weekend is to be mindful about what I eat - even if Im not logging it. Update my personal space to be more comforting. And I saw on someone's journal entry today that they were going to drink tea when they wanted a snack - Im going to try that too. Plus - continue with Squatober, and get in a walk with the dogs.
