Welp there it is. I suck. Realistically though, I know I didnt gain 4 pounds over the weekend, so it will be nice to see a drop soon, and then to use that as momentum.

Goals:
1. MUST KICK THIS GRAZING HABIT
2. Drink more water - seriously
3. Log it all
4. Maybe try to get in some protein
5. Eat a damn vegetable
6. Gym Gym Gym Gym Gym
