Hitting the right notes with my food today. Looks like I will just make it with my target carbs for the day - I really enjoyed my food today. I had a late breakfast (but I made it big enough) and it kept me going until dinner time (which I noted as lunch). I am reasearching and finding low carb recipes which is fantastic. Everytime I find a new one that appeals to me I save it to try when I have time. I am feeling really great today. I even did my exercise earlier in the day than planned :). I am still trying to figure out how often I should weigh in ... perhaps once per week and I might stretch it to every two weeks because I don't want to necessarily be chained to the numbers on the scale especially since I have a long way to go and .... I am in it for the long haul i.e. Way of Life. I'll see how I feel about this as I move forward.
