I have been travelling for over 17 hours, door to door, all total. I left home at 1:30 and arrived in Switzerland at the hotel at 1:30 pm local time (7:30 am Canadian time). All I can say is I got my exercise in. The food has been spendid so far and I have been consuming the highest fat items in order to try to offset some of the hidden carbs that may be in the things I am eating (it's hard to know when you don't have an incredient list). I will be drinking a lot of water. It will be difficult to show the exact amounts so mostly it's just a guess in my food diary. Where I can't find the nutritional information on some of the things I eat, I will use equivalents already existing in the food dairy. So far, I've had what I consider to be a real treat (but still on plan) - the incredible cheeses they have here and the double cream which is very high fat and tasty (I have to watch it with those cheeses)!

Oh, I found out the reason for the one pound gain.... TOM is here early - need I say more.

LOL.. I know. Dangerous. Oh... I will go for the green tea under the circumstances. I didn't bring any with me but will pick some up at the Migros nearby.
