It will be a while before I can get back to training, probably caught the corona virus 😞 my training buddy tested positive yesterday. I'm feeling minor headaches here and then but overall I'm okay. Need to chill and take it slow for the next 10 days. To everyone out there, take care of yourselves and your loved ones ❤.
