Hi all, been doing fasting and eating one meal a day and only drinking after iv eaten my meal, I thought I’d see fast results and I’m not... giving it a few more days..
what is everyone else doing?
Calorie counting?
Keto?

I’m intrigued to find out what’s working for people so I can try.

Alcohol holds water. Try only drinking 1 day a week and switch to a spirit and diet mixer xxxx

Hi, I think you may be better having 3 or 4 small meals each day rather than just one meal? Calorie counting works for me, but I have also found food combining diet good. Need to drink water regularly too. 😊🥗

I’ve been doing 5:2 diet, I’m finding it easy but it’s only week 2! I lost 7lbs last week weigh in tomorrow I’m hoping for a lb but more would be a bonus

I follow primal/paleo lifestyle.... ( similar to keto , low carb) 3 meals a day , fast now and then and exercise 2/3 times a week x

You might not be eating enough. You prob should fast more than 2 days a week and they shouldn’t be consecutive xx

Calorie counting, reducing carbs but not obsessively, aiming at 1200 calories but setting 1800 as a realistic top end. Avoiding takeawys and keeping bad stuff out of the house!

Calorie counting but leaning towards alot of protein to feel full. Limit carbs, they are deadly if you not including exercise in your new eating plan

counting calories, eating regularly 3 small meals, reduced carbs, increased protein, walking few times a week, set to 1800 by the app, reduced to 1500, eating about 1000-1500 most of the days.

lots of calories in alcohol, definitely add those to your intake. I'm on 1200-1300 cal. breakfast oats, veg meat and pulses for dinner, snack fruit or something light. always have room for a bar of chocolate too 🤣

Thankyou for all your input and suggestions it’s been great much appreciated, I’m going to up my meals, I don’t work out so I try eat as little as I can, that were my thoughts anyway and I haven’t seen a drop so I’m going to stop doing that, eating more Thankyou, I’ll let you guys now how I get on I’ll do two weeks of that and then do a weigh in xx

Calorie counting and volume eating ie eating foods with low calories in large amounts such as vegetables, lean meats etc

Calorie counting for me aiming for sub 2000 per day average over the week. this has meant a loss of 1.5-2.5lbs per week. Hardest part has been avoiding chocolate

I'm really happy with calories counting. I review the data at the end of the week to decide which foods cost (in calories) more that what they are worth and I fire them.

I calorie count. I allow myself 1000-1100 a day.
