Holding at 214 lbs today and still feeling good about it. I have a headache and didn't sleep well! I am feeling out of it again today - not clear why! We are expecting heavy snowfall over the next few days so I am doing my grocery shopping this morning, after I drop my daughter at school. I am still doing Christmas preparation while at the same time wrapping up things for work before I start my paid sabbatical. I will be working on myself as a project for the next year with an aim to have a plan for the next phase of my life. I am planning to do some personal writing and some consulting for project portfolio management (only if it does not take time away from Project "Myself"). I am usually risk averse but I have an opportunity to explore some of my dreams without losing my income so I am going to take it!

Thank you! That sounds great. Make the most of what you have, you are very fortunate to be able to choose what you want to do. My life changed drastically 3 years ago. Lost my job and in my fifties things didn't look good. I'm no longer earning the big bucks but I'm happy and content. Sometimes you have to step outside of yourself and really really see what is important to you and those around you. Keep up the good work on your project to a leaner you.

Indeed, I am looking forward to the entire discovery process! The deliverable at the end of the project is a more "evolved" me (mind and body).
