Just wanted to give myself a little motivation and share the progress I've made since McKenzie has been born on Sept 3. Listed below are the challenges I have participated in and my outcome:
"Wii Fit for 30 Days"- 5 Wk Challenge: lost 13 lb/ 4.04%
"Lose the Most by Christmas"- 5 Wk Challenge: lost 13 lb/ 4.21%
"Biggest Loser: Home for the Holidays"- on wk 8 of 10: lost 17 lb/5.43%
"Countdown to the New Year, New You"- on wk 10 of 12: lost 26 lb/8.07%.
Since the day McKenzie was born (September 3, 2010) I have lost 66 lbs and gone down from a 26 shirt size to a 20; from pant size 28 to a size 22; from dress size 26 to 18/20. I haven't been perfect with my food or exercise, but I haven't given up and that's what matters most. My biggest accomplishment has been getting back down below 300. I was scared to death when I realized I was all the way up to 362!
I guess the bottom line is I just keep waiting for everyone to start noticing how much weight I've lost and it seems like only my close family members have noticed so far. So I had to cheer myself up and remind myself of the accomplishments I have made!
