How interesting I have managed to use the holidays as a reason to make excuses. Its so hard. I have no willpower. People bring me sweet popcorn, cookies, cakes, candies and more knowing I am trying to cut back and yet I feel obligated to consume it all! Sadly, yesterday I ate all three cookie bars my neighbor brought to me BUT thankfully I put my fat butt on the treadmill for 45 minutes. It didn't make up for the calories in the three bars but something was better than nothing. Looking back at all the pics of me heavy, I don't know how I have allowed myself to get this way? Its been easy I suppose...but I am truly finished and I see the road ahead as difficult but prosperous! I need to do this for my peace of mind. Otherwise, Im going to die young and unhealthy! FOCUS for me is the main goal. Willpower!!!XX
