I had to go back and delete the first journal entry, because it is no longer true. Right now I'm in school again with three classes going during my winter break in work. Things are going pretty well. Exercise is run walking, where I walk for one minute and then run for one minute. I have started a T-tapp bootcamp, and tonight is day four. I am also doing MELT and taking systemic enzymes. I was astonished to log in and see such a negative journal entry that I actually had written about myself. Since November, I have been listening to Innertalk CDs, and they are making a real difference in the way I view myself.
