Honestly, it varies a lot, as I go I make things up. I heard this somewhere - I didn’t really do in depth research.

I like making fruit shakes and adding nuts to it - and Greek yogurt. Then, a good combo would be adding different types of beans and creating mixes such the “chocolate chip cookie doe” - a recipe I found on tiktok. Chick peas with cinnamon and vanilla + banana tastes good. Although, I don’t remember exactly, so you need to mix to taste?
