New Year's Eve ... are you kidding? This year went by so blisteringly fast I think I am still somewhere in August trying to catch up! So much has happened in the last quarter of this year that has me poised for a big life change in the future. I am looking forward to 2014 with excitement and some degree of trepidation. This health and wellness journey is a big deal for me - I want to face down the next decades of my life mentally, physically and emotionally prepared for the hills and valleys that are ahead. How wonderful is it to be on a journey that will make me a better wife, mother, sister, daughter and friend? I am thankful for the next year that I will have away from my job. I have spent the last 2 decades focused on building my career and I want to shift focus to the more important things in life ... family, good friends and taking care of myself. I am so grateful for the opportunity to do that right now - WATCH OUT 2014, HERE I COME!
