@rania.benaissa actually I'm working on both objectives and it's working like wonder. I tend to have high protein intake to build muscle and limit my carbs macro intake to 45% a day. I'm also balancing my training plan from cardio to weight lifting in order to get the perfect formula.

@zzyzzo great! Trying to do the same cauz i hade some problems with caloric plus like bloating and gaining extra fat so now I'm reducing calories and carbs and maintaining a good protein intake and it really works for muscle hypertrophy

@rania.benaissa Tell me about it...😔 I've struggled with bloating literally my whole life but since I've adjusted my diet my life changed and I'm feeling lighter and healthier everyday. I suggest u start doing some weightlifting to see better results cauz when aiming for muscle hypertrophy, diet alone isn't the optimal way. Consider it a shortcut 😋.
