Finally stopped making excuses and went to the gym today. I feel good! I cant wait to figure out my workout routine and shed this weight off. Although im not looking forward to the pain im gonna feel in my legs tomorrow !

you're welcome. really good advice I picked up was this: working out is a process of breaking down or tearing down muscle; the muscle is breaking down to prepare for future exertions it anticipates; it needs time to rest and build up; the formula is workout + good quality sleep + rest days + making sure you are feeding those muscles adequate protein...hope that makes sense!

That makes a lot of sense Currently I'm struggling with including more protein into my diet but have been a little bit better about it
