Gotta toot my horn and remember this feeling of stepping on the scale and being down another 2lbs! It makes all the counting and exercise worth it!! I am hopeful I can continue this path. It has taken some preparation on my part but I'm doing it. No more excuses. This is my year-is it yours??? Buddy me if you're serious about your weight loss! :)

Yayeee--you have every right to toot that horn! Every pound counts and that takes effort! WTG!!!! I'm serious about losing my weight. I did it and was extremely successful last year, but put it all back on. No excuses, but at the same time, I'm not beating myself up over it. It's a New Year and a new beginning :)

It feels so good! I have seen the numbers ONLY RISE the past 6 months due to my thyroid cancer so down is a good feeling.
