I am officially 41. This is the first full year w/o Conan. :-( I am doing better though. The jewelry is helping. Right before my TOM, on vacation, I weighed almost 250 (again!). This morning I weighed 241. How did I lose weight on vacation....my b’day dinner was HUGE!? Catching up with you all will take a while. I probably won't post much on earlier journals but I am reading them. I am not going to count calories this week due to the fact I am going out to eat at least 4 more times. Next Monday….I will be diligent! I lost my license again; hopefully I do not need it to go to the gym today. It is at home somewhere. I think. :-) Hope you all are well, including your families.
