I decided today looking at my profile that my bio was nothing but notes..lol.. i guess that's what my journal is for... so i updated my bio to give a quick summary of my story.. typing it out forces me to remember where i came from... i'm frustrated that i'm battling these last 7 lbs to get to 165, but i'm only SEVENish POUNDS from 165.. i was over 50 lbs away at one point!... i feel good... (james brown voice)
