Thanks will do i have hit a plateau because of my lack of exercise however I do my very best on most days to stick to 1300-1500 calories - I previously lost a lot of weight through this app as I was working out at the gym at least 5 days a week and limited myself to 1200-1300 calories which showed results over the course of 6 months

That’s nice. How do you deal with the plateaus? Do you do anything special to start losing weight again?

Would mean I would have to increase my exercise but I haven’t been able to of recent otherwise I would need to reduce my calorie intake by 100-200 calories which is annoying as I do like to snack - I also eat a diet which is completely gluten and dairy free not by choice
