Another pound off. Every little helps. But it is a struggle at times under the current Lockdown rules, that will probably drag on until March.
But I keep on reminding myself: this time last year I was 210 pounds rather than 164 now. And that's always my incentive to push on.

Well done because it's tough this time of year. All I want to do is eat some good hearty food followed by some apple crumble an custard 😃
I'm same as you but this lockdown has give me a new focus. I'm using the spare time on my fitness I've been cycling walking and doing weights, keeping routine.To be fair nothing else to do. 😃
